1. What You’re Purchasing

ReserveForVisa provides flight reservations — verifiable itineraries used as proof of onward or return travel, most commonly for visa applications, immigration checks, or passport renewal. A reservation is not a confirmed, purchased airline ticket, and it cannot be used to actually board a flight. By placing an order, you confirm you understand this distinction.

2. Booking Accuracy

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, and routes you submit. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided at booking.
• If a booking includes a child or infant, at least one adult must also be included, per standard airline reservation rules. Orders placed incorrectly without an accompanying adult are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer to apply the amount toward a future order.
• If you need separate tickets for multiple passengers, note this in your order or contact us within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window, we’re unable to make changes, and the reservation will already be in progress.
• Where a message/remarks note conflicts with the structured booking details you entered, we’ll follow the structured booking details.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver every reservation within the timeframe shown at checkout (typically within one hour). Delays can occasionally happen due to technical issues outside our control. We’re not liable for such delays, but we will always work to resolve them and keep you updated.

4. Reservation Details & Airline Coverage

Flight reservations don’t include seat assignments, baggage allowances, or fare-class pricing — they exist solely to confirm your itinerary, which is what’s required wherever a “flight reservation” is requested. Because thousands of airlines exist and formats vary, we can’t guarantee an exact match to every specific preference (particular airline, direct routing, layover city, etc.), but we’ll do our best to accommodate any preferences you note at checkout.

5. Visa & Immigration Outcomes

A flight reservation is one piece of documentation among several that embassies, consulates, or immigration officials may review. ReserveForVisa is not responsible for visa denials, entry refusals, or deportation resulting from any part of your application or travel, since these decisions are made independently by the relevant authorities and depend on many factors outside our service.

6. Communications

By using our service, you agree that we may contact you via email, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels regarding your order, and occasionally with relevant service updates.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline to provide a reservation for any reason. If we do, you’ll receive a full refund for that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.
