Cancellations & Refund Policy Before delivery
You may cancel your order by contacting our support team at info@reserveforvisa.com before your flight itinerary/reservation has been issued.

After delivery
As this is a digital service delivered electronically, once your reservation document has been issued and sent, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of error on our part.

Errors or defects
If you receive an incorrect, invalid, or defective reservation due to an error on our end, contact info@reserveforvisa.com. We will correct and reissue the document at no additional cost, or provide a full refund.

Delivery Time Orders are processed the same day. Your flight itinerary/reservation is typically delivered by email within a few minutes to a few hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed between 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (GMT+3) may take slightly longer to process.
